The Department offers the latest technology in Mechanical Engineering and prepares the students to take up a career as Mechanical Professional in the field of Design, Sales, Service, Production Maintenance, Quality control etc.

We prepare our students to be readily employable by major MNCs. We teach them the core skills required to take up technical jobs, communication, Team work, self improvement & commitment.

Three specializations are:

• Automobile Engineering: The Automobile Industry today is set for a giant leap forward and this growth is being made in the realm of automotive technology. Our students receive comprehensive training in the areas of production, design, service and maintenance.
• Production Engineering: is a non-conventional discipline in which special emphasis is laid on subjects related to manufacturing industry. During the three years course, students of this branch study the subject like Production Planning & Control, CNC Machines, Inspection & Quality Control, Tool design, Press Tool & Gauge Design, Industrial Engineering, A Production Technology etc.
• Computer Aided Design Engineering: is the use of computer systems and software to assist in the creation, modification, analysis or optimization of an engineering design. CAD output is often in the form of electronic files for print, manufacturing or other manufacturing processes.
